Demero Apartments -About Us

The Demero Apartments property has been meticulously maintained since it first opened its doors, in 1990. It is a 6-storey-high building with 24, 1-bedroom luxurious apartments. It is located on the seafront road in the Limassol-Cyprus Tourist area, right across the entrance to the Dassoudi beach.

In 2005, the building went through a rigorous renovation that included among others the installation of modern built-in kitchen appliances, air-conditioners in all areas, satellite systems, gated spacious parking, intercom system, access controlled entrance and coin-op laundry rooms.

In 2012, several apartments have been fully renovated with the installation of modern Italian kitchens including high-end equipment, modern floorings throughout, new bathrooms, new bedroom wardrobes, new air-conditioners and much more.
